The XYZ-Axis Electrically Conductive Tape(ECT) is an isotropically conductive pressure sensitive tape. The series tape conducts electricity through the thickness(Z-Axis) and in the plane of the adhesive(XY-Axis), which is ideal for EMI/RFI shield.
The XYZ-Axis Electrically Conductive Double-Sided Tape is an isotropically conductive pressure sensitive tape. The XYZ-Axis Electrically Conductive Tape(ECT) conducts electricity through the thickness(Z-Axis) and in the plane of the adhesive(XY-Axis), which is ideal for EMI/RFI shield. The double-sided ECT is as thin as 0.08mm, with soft and good viscosity, low surface resistance with isotropically conductivity, which can make any insulating material (plastic, paper, wood board, leather etc.) have conductivity as long as one stick, then the material obtains the function of shielding, conducting or electrostatic discharge. The XYZ-Axis electrically conductive double-sided tape may be used with many types of foil laminate shields, also pasted on the gaskets for EMC solution.

Electrically conductive tape is itself conductive adhesive tape, but common tape is not electrically conductive, that is, with high resistance. This kind of tape can be divided into Z-axis conduction and XY-axis plane conduction, and the latter is subdivided into single-sided conduction and double-sided conduction. Therefore, XYZ-axis isotropically conductive double-sided adhesive tape has both adhesion and conductivity, which can greatly facilitate the solution of electromagnetic compatibility problems of electronic products. Compared to screws or other mechanical connectors, the ECT tapes provide reduced assembly time and a solid bond line with no gaps which might result in EMI emission. The ECT tapes can also replace wires in DIY of small electronic product for raw recruits or students.
